4-ingredient Healthy Chocolate Microwave Cake (vegan, flourless & refined sugar-free)🤩 This cake is a super quick & easy dessert idea! If you want to add some extra sweetness to it, you can of course add some maple syrup to the batter, for example!☺️

This recipe makes 2 servings:
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
3. Pour into a greased bowl or mug. Microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes (800W). Or if you don’t have a microwave, you can bake it at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes
4. Enjoy straight from the bowl/mug or wait for the cake to cool down for a few minutes then cover the bowl with a plate and flip upside down, so that the cake falls onto the plate. Serve with some berries, for example!
